Just the honest truth based on the latest research about what it takes to achieve your goals. I keep an eye on the latest peer-reviewed research to ensure you get the most up to date knowledge available. 

When I started I could not do a single pull-up and failed to bench press half my body weight (95 lbs). I was always winded walking up steps. It was challenging starting from nothing, but proud to say I've made strength training and conditioning a cornerstone of my life.
